Shinheung Precision Co., Ltd. has established and operates a ‘Supplier Code of Conduct’ to respond to changes in the industrial paradigm and build a sustainable ecosystem. We share the following core principles and encourage their practice so that all partner companies grow into socially respected enterprises.

1. Ethical Management and Fair Trade

  • Transparent Management: We strictly prohibit all forms of corruption, including bribery, embezzlement, and improper solicitation, and comply with integrity standards in each country.
  • Fair Competition: We exclude any abuse of market-dominant position or unfair trade practices and conduct business fairly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Information Protection: We thoroughly manage confidential and personal information acquired in the course of business and do not disclose it without authorization.

4. Responsible Material Sourcing and Sub-supplier Management

  • Conflict Minerals Management: We verify the origin of raw materials contained in our products and check for any human rights violations or ethical breaches.
