We operate eight multi-forming machines capable of simultaneous stamping and forming, enabling stable production of precision clips and clamps. With nine CNC wire forming machines, we precisely manufacture compression, tension, and torsion springs as well as wire-formed products. The entire process, from double-side grinding of compression springs to secondary processing of wire parts, is automated, delivering manufacturing competitiveness built on outstanding precision and productivity.

We operate three automatic grinding machines capable of simultaneously grinding both the top and bottom surfaces of thrust washers used in transmissions and reduction gears. These machines achieve precision machining with a typical thickness tolerance of ±0.015mm, meeting our customers' quality requirements through consistent quality and high productivity.

We maintain a wide range of in-house production equipment, including projection welding, butt welding, barrel finishing, and shot blasting, to build a one-stop production system. A consistent quality control system spanning nut and bolt welding through post-processing delivers superior quality and strong production competitiveness.
